Confirmed: Highly Rated Star Completes Man United Switch, Not Fred

Belgium star and Manchester United reserves goalkeeper Ilias Moutha-Sebtaoui has completed a permanent move with country club Anderlecht, this is according to report.The 19-year star was scouted by United and Chelsea while he was lacing his boots for Standard Liege but he opted on switching to the fortress of Old Trafford, in 2015.

Moutha-Sebtaoui was not the only Belgian to join Man United at that time, he joined his compatriot Indy Boonen, who had completed a move shortly before he did.

The star struggled to stamp his authority in-between the sticks for United last term – Alex Fojticek and Matej Kovar were above him in the selection pecking order, leaving him with only two starts.

Following his inability to play consistently for the B team of United, it was only a matter of time before sealed a move away from the club. He reportedly featured for Anderlecht in a friendly game last April and Belgian journalist Kristof Terreur, reports that the star has been released by United and he will join his country club.

United have an impending goalkeeping crisis following the departure of Sam Johnstone and Dean Henderson last summer. Sergio Romero is currently injured leaving third choice goalie Joel Pereira and David De Gea as the only available players.
