Good News; Juventus Agree €35m Move For Man United Target

Tuesday, July 10, 2018

Although Manchester United have signed on two players this summer, they are one or two players short of being a formidable team by the standard of Jose Mourinho. The Portuguese manager has asked the top brass of the United to add three players to his squad including a defender.
Alex Sandro of Juventus is among the players heavily linked with a move to United and it appears that the Old Lady’s resolve to hold on to the player has been broken. Thepeoplesperson via Tuttosport claim Juventus have agreed to allow the player leave for a fee in the regions of €35-40m.

Sandro was firmly on the transfer radar of Chelsea and Manchester United last summer but the Scudetto holders refused to sell at that time. United have retained their interest in the player regardless, as they seek to sign a long term replacement for Ashley Young.
Ajax confirmed their interest in Daley Blind – the versatile Dutch star is expected to leave this summer with Marcos Rojo, Matteo Darmian and Luke Shaw. Mourinho does not have confidence in the aforementioned stars and United are poised to cash in on them.

Given the price quoted for Sandro, United should not have any problems in prising him away from Turin but we wait to see how it pans out.
