Raiders' new FB makes absurd one-handed grab on jet ski- WATCH

On Friday, Jon Gruden made yet another move at the fullback position as he prepares for the start of Oakland Raiders' training camp at the end of July.

The Raiders added former Marshall playmaker Ryan Yurachek and released undrafted free agent fullback, Henry Poggi. Interestingly, Yurachek played tight end in college and was pretty impressive over his 51 games.

He was a team captain in 2017 while earning first-team All-Conference USA honors and nearly broke school records in the process. His 26 touchdowns were the second-most ever by a tight end in their career at Marshall, while he also racked up 143 receptions and 1,354 receiving yards, good for the third-most in school history.

Yurachek is listed as a fullback currently, so he apparently made the position change when entering the league, and actually signed with the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent after the NFL draft.

Yurachek's pass-catching abilities are no joke, but his most impressive highlight may not even have happened on a football field. As SB Nation's Levi Damien first brought to light, the Thundering Herd standout hauled in a ridiculous one-handed grab ... on a jet ski. Gruden has essentially played musical chairs this offseason with backup fullbacks, originally signing Temple's Nick Sharga as an undrafted free agent. But in somewhat of a surprising move, the Raiders opted to waive Sharga in order to sign Poggi, who played for Michigan and wound up joining the Silver and Black in early May.

After Poggi spent time with the Raiders during OTAs and mandatory minicamp, the Raiders apparently opted to go a different direction when setting their 90-man roster for training camp, leading to this decision.

It'll be interesting to see if Yurachek's playmaking ability can grab the attention of Gruden and the rest of the coaching staff. We know Chucky loves his fullbacks, but the team currently has Keith Smith on the roster, so the most likely landing spot for Yurachek could be on the Raiders' practice squad.
